Blame my school district’s cyber attack, the six hours it took me to update my eSchool grades from home yesterday, ladies Bible study last night, and Karen Kingsbury’s Baxter Family series on me forgetting to use MailerLite to send my promised email yesterday.
Hence, I am sending out updates via my blog after failed attempts to use MailerLite on my phone.
This is important information, folks! Today is the last day of this incredible opportunity!

Beatrice likes antique jewelry. Her brother, Raymond, served in France during the war. It was there he purchased beautiful lockets for his sisters. On her date, Beatrice wears a lovely brooch. Today’s giveaway will be an imitation jeweled brooch for several responding to the best advice given to Beatrice regarding her situation with Jakob.

A Prayer Request
This project couldn’t happen at a better time because my dear friend Dave is in the hospital with an eye injury that has his sight hanging in the balance. Prayers for his healing and courage, please! Calling all prayer warriors!

So Grateful!
I also want to thank God and my loving quilter friends at my church, Open Door, for gifting me with this beautiful quilt recently.
I cannot say how much this quilt means to me. That God planted the idea in a faithful friend’s mind at a time He knew I needed encouragement is humbling and affirming. It was a precious reminder that He has me, my family, and my writing in His hands.
This quilt is a reminder to continue to work hard to use whatever gifts He had given me for His glory.
